Make Listening Your Superpower is an interactive learning lab designed to help participants strengthen coaching conversations through intentional listening. You’ll explore the difference between listening to respond and listening to learn\, examine the common listening traps that show up in coaching moments\, and practice the listening superpowers that create clarity\, ownership\, and forward-focused thinking.
