Career Meeting I Making Listening Your Superpower

Most professionals are trained to speak well. Few are trained to listen well. Make Listening Your Superpower is an interactive learning lab designed to help participants strengthen coaching conversations through intentional listening. You’ll explore the difference between listening to respond and listening to learn, examine the common listening traps that show up in coaching moments, and practice the listening superpowers that create clarity, ownership, and forward-focused thinking. Through discussion, real-world scenarios, and hands-on activities, you’ll walk away with practical strategies you can apply immediately in meetings to better support development and growth.
